All online transactions via our website are made by Stripe. Gavin Ritchie Photography has no access to your financial information.

All prices on this site are quoted in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. If applicable, delivery charges will be charged at the checkout.

Upon making an order the following personal information may be stored on our records:

  • Telephone number

Information is stored in order to deliver the products and services, administer our business, provide customer service and communicate news, events and offers, unless you have chosen not to receive such communications. We may keep track of the information provided to us for our own internal use, business development, research and marketing.

Processing and Delivery

We deal with every order individually, from professional printing, mounting and professional framing, therefore we ask you to allow for 10-21 days for your order to be despatched. All prints and frames are first delivered to us and approved by Gavin before being sent to you. In reality the majority of our orders are dispatched much sooner than the quoted time depending on stock availability but we ask for your patience in this matter. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you to advise.

Delivery times may vary if you have purchased multiple items. Items will be held in reserve until your order is complete and despatched as one package.

For all international shipping orders, a surcharge will apply to cover the cost of delivery to your destination. Any over seas delivery charges may be quoted on request. For all prints requiring overseas delivery, these can be sent mounted only due to high charges for shipping glass and the high risk of damage in transit.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Such charges includes a professional packaging service to reduce the risk of damage and will be delivered by a reputable courier service. There is always a risk in shipping fragile items like photographs, particularly glass products, therefore delivery costs are charged respectively. This charge will also include sufficient insurance coverage.


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you have the right to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to contact us as soon as you notice any problem with your order within a week of receipt. You will be offered a replacement product or a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. Items should be returned in as-new condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss and damage of returned items. Replacement products or refunds will not be made until we have received the returned items.
